Independent hearing-aid selection
We draw on clinical experience and ongoing manufacturer training to help identify the options that best suit your hearing, priorities and preferences.
Routine hearing aid care & maintenance
Cleaning, troubleshooting, programming adjustments and routine in-clinic maintenance are included for the life of your hearing aids.
Real-ear verification
Hearing aids are measured in-ear to confirm that the prescribed amplification is being delivered appropriately. Real-ear verification is standard at Baitz Audiology.
Complimentary earwax removal
Wax removal is included for patients whose hearing aids are cared for through Baitz Audiology.
Listening-goal reviews
We use your real-world experience to fine-tune sound quality, comfort, and clarity to ensure your treatment remains focused on the situations that matter most to you.
Ongoing hearing monitoring
Hearing can change over time. We periodically reassess your hearing and update your hearing-aid programming when appropriate.

It begins with your hearing assessment and listening priorities, and evolves as we learn more about how you hear with your devices in everyday life. Rather than treating hearing-aid fitting as a single appointment, we map out the important stages of care so you know what comes next and why.
