Getting fit with custom earplugs

  1. Step 1

    Consultation and ear impressions

    We discuss your hearing protection needs, your lifestyle and use cases, then take custom ear mold impressions, giving the manufacturer precise details for a comfortable, safe and tailored final product.

  2. Step 2

    Manufacturing

    We’ll send your ear molds to one of our trusted partners who will use them to construct high-quality, medical-grade, custom ear plugs in your color of choice.

  3. Step 3

    Fitting and final adjustments

    You come back to try out your custom-fit ear plugs. If the fit is not right, we’ll work with you within the 90 day remake period to ensure they fit comfortably and provide protection without pain or pressure.
